Anyone can learn to talk about suicide.
And we must.
Most people who take their own lives don't get as far as talking to a doctor or counsellor.
We simply can't leave these conversations to the professionals.
As parents, friends, colleagues, managers... we can all learn the tools and confidence to:
Recognise WHEN and HOW to start a conversation about suicide.
Talk about suicide with confidence, clarity and compassion.
Potentially SAVE A LIFE by learning how to keep someone safe for now.
